We recognize both the historical role women athletes, teams, and leagues have played in driving social change and the overwhelming potential for deeper engagement and action.
We have witnessed first hand the gap between community-based groups, coalitions, and advocates pushing for social change and their access to power. While leagues, teams, and athletes have the platform, they may not have the expertise or knowledge to engage in these movements. We aim to be that bridge.
